Description
Dark-green stem plant with pretty thick leaves.
If they get enough light the top side of the leaves will get a bit red.
My experiences
I
myself was a bit disappointed about this well known aquarium plant. This
because the grew and color of the plant could only stand in the shadow of
the next described Ludwigia, which I had before this one in my aquarium.
| Place and lighting in my aquarium |
 This
plant stood in the mid-back of my aquarium. The lighting I used at the
time was a 0.42 Watt/liter lumilux TL lighting (2*18 Watt). |
